PDRL Products Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All hardware orders are processed within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
  • In case of delays due to verification, stock unavailability, or operational factors, customers will be notified promptly. 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer multiple shipping options based on destination and urgency: 

Domestic Shipping (Within Country) 

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days 

Delivery estimates may vary depending on customs clearance, remote locations, and courier constraints.
 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. 
  • Total shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment. 
  • For bulk or enterprise orders, custom shipping quotations may apply. 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. 
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s system. 

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All hardware is packaged with industry-standard protective materials to avoid transit damage. 
  • Fragile or high-value components receive additional cushioning and sealed packaging.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete: 

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 
  2. Share photos/videos of the package and item. 
  3. Our team will assist with replacement, repair, or claim processing with the courier. 

 
7. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no movement or the package is lost: 

  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation. 
  • Replacement or refund will be offered once the claim is verified.
