Note: An AMC for AeroGCS softwares will be charged at 18% of the purchase price after one year from the date of purchase. This AMC will cover patch updates and technical support.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

A. Payment and Delivery:

  • The buyer will receive the product within 30 days after making the payment. 
  • A 100% advance payment, including GST, is required. 

 B. Software Support:

  • AeroFC V2 is compatible with open-source firmware and GCS.  

 C. Supported External Sensors:

  • CAN HUB-12 JIYI 
  • H30 Altimeter JIYI (CAN protocol) 
  • R21 Radar JIYI (CAN protocol) 
  • GPS Here 3+ Holybro 
  • PM02 V3 Power Module Holybro 
  • Hobbywing Motors

 D. Warranty Terms:

1) Warranty Period: 

  • PDRL provides a 6-month full warranty on AeroFC Ag++ from the shipping date, subject to PDRL’s warranty terms and conditions.  

 2) Coverage: 

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage conditions.  

 3). Exclusions: The warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications. 
  • Damage from external factors such as accidents, water, fire, or extreme environmental conditions. 
  • Normal wear and tear of components. 

 4) Replacement Policy: In case of a faulty product: 

  • Customers must notify PDRL within 7 days of delivery at “Customer Success” success@pdrl.in 
  • The faulty unit must be returned at the customer’s expense in its original packaging with proof of purchase. 
  • Once verified, PDRL will ship the replacement at PDRL’s expense. 

 E. Return and Replacement Policy:

  • Returns or replacements are applicable only for defective products covered under the warranty. 
  • Customers must notify PDRL within 7 days of delivery if any defect is identified. 
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase for eligibility. 
  • Replacement products will be shipped only after verification of the defective unit. 

 F. Limitation of Liability:

  • PDRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the PDRL flight controller. 
  • The company’s total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. 

 G. Intellectual Property:

  • All designs, components, and technologies of the AeroFC V2 flight controller are the intellectual property of PDRL and are protected under applicable laws. 
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
